I want to use your provided demo data (livedoaf_creatures.sql)
please show me how to do this correctly.

I want to be able to log-in to webpage with those data and see how some theme details are done!

your documentation lacks in some details, so the best way is to simple peek on how it is done

There is no need to add sql file since it’s a database file. You can add xml file to get the demo data.

You can go to tools >> import >> here you can upload the xml file comes with the theme and import.
