How do I edit or change the content “Get Free Quote”?

The site is under construction and the DNS is not directed to the development server at this time. The domain is lakecharleselectric.com and I have changed my computer’s host file to see the site while building the site. This is the live site demo (http://live-demo.online/delivered/)which shows where the content “Get Free Quote” is located up next to the site menu. If this helps. Thanks

I found the location to change “Get Free Quote”: I was overlooking it in Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings. Thanks for your help.
