Google Maps in footer not working

Hello guys,
I just wanted to add my location via the google map function in the footer, but no matter what I change at the code, it will not display. And I noticed that it is not even displaying on the demo page or at the screenshots at the documentation.

Is there something I do wrong or is it just not working in general?
