Slidebar and Sticky Header

How do I disable the slidebar option on Standard Pro and also create a sticky header

Hi

You can hide the sidebar by go to Appearance >> Widget >> here you can add blank text widget to blog/page sidebar.
The sticky header option is given to the theme options panel basic settings.
