Go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Here you can scroll down and see there is option given which said “Change font, color, size of slider large title.”
We do not actually use the qtranslate x plugin but we suggest you to ask support for the plugin support team or we can suggest you to try the wp multilingual plugin.
The demo content is already loaded in theme also you will get the demo file inside the theme package zip file. If you want us to setup the theme then please email to support email.
