How to delete Archive & Meta blocks

Hi everyone, can someone help me to completely remove the Archive and Meta blocks on the right side of the page? Since I’m new to WordPress and I’ve recently tried to use Furniture Lite template, I don’t know anything, so I just clicked to Appearance -> Themes -> Widgets to delete all of the widgets from the Blog Sidebar and Page Sidebar. But I don’t know why Archive & Meta blocks are still on all the pages.
I hope someone can help me with this issue. Thank you so much for your help.

Hi

Those are the default text which comes from the files. If you want to remove it then go to Appearance >> Widget >> Here you can add blank text widget in page/blog sidebar.
