Problem when loading the site

Hello, I’m having recurrent issues when accessing my site, I sent you the URL on your support email.

I checked with my site support and I was told the problem comes from the Petlove Pro theme.

Currently, the site is not accessible. Sometimes it works, and if it does, the design will be all over the place.

I would appreciate if you can help me urgently.
