“Read More” not showing up

I’ve put myself in as a team member under my “Our Team” section. On the main page, though, it doesn’t show a “read more” so that people will click on the full link. View https://healthypaws-petcare.com/ to see what I mean. I’m also curious to know if the team member box(es) could be centered on the page.
