Removing search and woocommerce functions

Hello!
I need to remove the whole woocomerce section (including header-cart-count) and searching tools. I’ve found following files in Editor: header.php (contains information about cart and search), woocommerce, search.php, searchform.php. Perhaps there’s smth else.
What should I delete or add to remove unnecessary parts and not to break web site.
