shortcode [tours_by_category] not working

Hi,
the [tours_by_category category=”my-asia”] function displays the tours, but the Button „inquiry“, displayed when the tour picture is touched with the housepainter, is not working due to missing inquiry form. Where to edit the link or how to get the right form?

Error Message: Inquiry Now, [contact-form-7 404 "not found"].
