trying to find where to change a text

I am working with Pet-Love theme and I am trying to change the text in different places.

I am particulary having problems when looking to change the “Read More” to something else but cannot find where this text comes from. It is in section 1

Any help is welcome.

Go to Appearance >> Editor >> inc/custom-functions.php >> here you can find the text and change it.
