URGENT help in creating product boxes design on popular product pages.

Hello,
After i installed the theme i hit restore defaults button. Now i added some of the content but i am unable to create boxes for popular product section which was there in the default theme when i installed it also i am not able to edit the testimonial pages. I wish i would not have hit the restore defaults button and just edited the content.

Could you help me ? i am am OK with installing the theme again from the zip file but it says the theme is already installed. So now i am stuck. Please help me with some documentation or snap shots of codes that i can just copy and paste it in the section content.
