Hi, my company used the paid Pro version of this theme for our website and we’re having trouble meeting local accessibility requirements (AODA in Ontario, Canada). We need to be able to add ALT text to every image and I’m having trouble doing this through the Theme Options. Some sections (like the “features” section) use short code and it’s not recognizing any ALT text edits. I run into a similar issue with the Font Awesome icons. All of the images in our media library has the ALT description filled out but any images populated through the Theme Options (like the logo) doesn’t pick up any ALT information. How can I remedy this?

    The website is new.mediaresources.com

Please send your site URL and the login details to support@alexathemes.net so we can add ALT text parameter in shortcode so you can add alt text for every image comes from the shortcode. For font awesome icons the alt text is not possible because the icon are not comes with the image tag.

    Thank You
