    I’ve got the following issue with the Garden Pro Theme.

    Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in C:\xampp\htdocs\newWordpress\wp-content\themes\garden-pro\functions.php on line 286

    Is there someone how to fix this issue?

    Go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Here you can click save options button at the bottom.
    Let us know if the issues resolve.
