The form is coming from the contact form 7. If you want to add it then please send your site URL and the login details to support@alexathemes.net so we can do that.
You need to use the google translate plugin for this or if you want to make it site on Russian language then you need to add the Russian content in theme options.
There is no need to import xml file since default content is already loaded in theme. Once you install the theme go to Settings >> Readings >> Here you can select latest post option.
